Checkmate Insights, a powerful new Tableau-based reporting program built specifically for the auto recycling industry, transforms your sales and vehicle data into clear, high-quality visual dashboards that help you make faster, smarter business decisions. Whether you're running a large recycling facility or a smaller operation, this tool puts valuable information right at your fingertips.
Want to spot trends early? Use the Net Sales Trends dashboard to monitor how your sales are evolving month-to-month. Curious how this year stacks up against last? The Year-over-Year Net Sales view gives you a clear picture. Looking to understand where you’re making (or losing) money? Dive into Vehicle Profitability by Cost to zero in on your most and least profitable inventory.
Even better, Checkmate Insights gives you the ability to drill down—from high-level summaries to detailed transaction data. Need to investigate a specific vehicle’s performance or a sudden spike in sales? It’s just a click away.

Another exciting enhancement is: Vehicle and Part Colors.
Rising costs associated with re-painting parts increases the importance of identifying parts of a specific color within your inventory. Parts that do not require re-painting increases their value, and their demand.
Vehicle and Part Colors are able to be entered in Partmate™ and Checkmate. This will enable you to display your applicable Color column in Checkmate, and search for parts that match a specific Color Name or Color Code. There are 8 specific data points to be stored in Checkmate for the vehicle: Primary and Secondary Color Name and Color Code for both the Interior and Exterior of the vehicle. The 4 specific data points to be stored in Checkmate for the part are: Primary and Secondary Color Name and Color Code. Your parts colors will also be uploaded to Car-Part for display in a future release of Car-Part.com.
Both Partmate™ and Checkmate will utilize user-configuration to streamline entry of Part Colors. This allows you to identify parts to match a specific color entered for the vehicle, and Partmate™ and Checkmate will auto-populate the part colors for you.
Other notable enhancements include:
Bidmate™ Bid History – For vehicles being rerun at auction, reference your previous bids and projected sales for that vehicle.
Photomate™ Add vehicle record – Use your phone to scan the VIN Tag and generate a vehicle record in Checkmate.
